It really depends on the wedding. A big summer wedding with 200 guests would naturally provide more photo opportunities than a winter wedding with 30 guests. It would be remiss to quote you 500+ images for the smaller winter wedding as I could end up taking and supplying photos purely to make up the numbers. What I can say is that, on average, I supply around 450 images and I promise that you will receive every image that adds to the richness and detail of your wedding day story.

I normally supply images around two weeks after your wedding. Albums take a little longer but once the design is signed off by you the production time is typically 3 weeks.

Yes, and no. I take a lot of duplicate frames as this ensures I have a good frame if someone's blinked, sneezed, looked away, or dozens of other things that can and do happen.

When I edit your gallery I go through every image to cull the ones that didn't make the cut and keep all the ones that do. So for every "moment" from your day you'll get at least one shot and quite possibly alternatives too, especially when they help tell the story of that moment.

Yes, I have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance along with cover for all my equipment.

I’d probably turn up anyway. I’ve shot weddings with broken ribs so it would take a lot to keep me away. But if the worst should happen I have a network of local photographers I can call upon to cover the wedding for me, there’s even an emergency cover group on Facebook should it be necessary.

Yes. I don't use associate photographers. I don't take several bookings for the same date any send any old fool with a camera.

On very rare occasions I might have an assistant with me but they won't be shooting anything and most likely will be there to fetch, carry, rub my feet and hopefully learn a bit too.

Limited usage rights for my clients are:

Printing – images may be printed freely for non-commercial and/or non-profit use only.

Copying – images may be freely copied and distributed for non-commercial and/or non-profit use only.

Publishing – images may be published (online or printed media) for editorials and non-commercial use providing (where possible) a credit to "shootingpixels.net" is displayed along with the image. The moral right to be recognised as the author is asserted.

For all other uses additional rights will be required and may incur a fee.
